RHC is running for Governor of Michigan in the upcoming 2018 election. However, his campaign is unique in that winning is not the focus. Campaign success will be measured by the completion of the following goals:

• The Basis of #TheGoverNerd Platform
  create and publish essays that outline "common ground" legislative ideas to address societal concerns with specifically laid out intentions
• Will of the People
  "democratize" these legislative ideas by altering/refining them based on public criticisms and suggestions, as well as expert research and logical arguments, rather than backroom discussions, money, and corporate lobbying
• Outreach
  generate public awareness of and support for said policies
• Change Lives
  leverage public support for new "democratized policies" over the MI Congress in order to see positive, common ground legislation 
• Keep Them Honest
  to challenge the candidates with millions of dollars pouring into their campaigns and tremendous support networks
